Ralph was born in Lausdomini, a small farming village near Naples, Italy. He came to America many years ago with a dream of owning an authentic Italian eatery.
In 1985, Ralph and Kathie discovered the perfect location in the “Norman Rockwell” town of Haddon Heights, NJ and they purchased the old Pizza Factory. This was the days of Fastow’s 5 & 10, Suburban Hardware and Leopolds’ Pharmacy. Over the years, not only did the street change but Ralph’s also expanded and modernized numerous times.
Ralph prides himself on using only the freshest and finest quality ingredients for the variety of Pizzas, Sandwiches and Salads. One taste of his famous Garlic & Tomato pizza and your will understand why it was chosen as on the the Top 25 Best Pizzas in the state by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.
Ralph and Kathie enjoy working with daughter Amy and grandson Matthew at the pizzeria with grandaugher Alicia handling social media. Two more grandsons and a great-grandson are the next generation in training, so Ralph’s is definitely “family owned and operated.”
